Throwback Hands - You Can't Make This Up
LAS VEGAS (January 14, 2016) – Poker Central®, the world’s only 24/7 Poker™ TV network, along with POKER PROductions, producers of the first Super High Roller Bowl®, and ARIA Resort & Casino, the stunning Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Award-winning resort, today announced the return of the Super High Roller Bowl.
“There are few poker events that can change the landscape of the game overnight — the Super High Roller Bowl is one of them,” said Clint Stinchcomb, CEO of Poker Central, “The 2016 Super High Roller Bowl will be even more exciting than last year’s!” The eight all-time money leaders in poker, including Daniel Negreanu, Antonio Esfandiari, and Phil Hellmuth, are expected to play.
This year, the Super High Roller Bowl has a projected prize pool of $15 million* with a buy-in of $300,000. The tournament features seven 7-handed tables and is capped at 49 seats. “With 14 of the seats being reserved by ARIA for their non-professional, super high rollers, that only leaves 35 seats for other players,” added Stinchcomb. “As interest has already built up, we expect to sell out quickly.” ARIA will begin accepting player deposits to lock-in their seats on January 22nd.
“Like last year, this prestigious tournament is bound to be one of the most talked-about events of 2016,” said Mori Eskandani, president of POKER PROductions. “We are excited to return to produce this live event.”
