When Poker After Dark first debuted nearly a decade ago, there were a handful of players that instantly became fan favorites. Gus Hansen was one of them and tonight, he is set to make his Poker After Dark return and PokerGO debut in the “Racks of Lamb” week finale. Hansen will join the $100/$200/$400 Pot Limit Omaha cash game, that played huge during Tuesday’s opening session.
The “Great Dane” will be surrounded by some other high stakes legends, including last night’s big winner Ben Lamb. The “Racks of Lamb” namesake booked an over $250,000 win on Tuesday and will return to square off against “Aussie Matt” Kirk, Brian Rast, Sam Soverel, Len Ashby, and Chris MacFarland.
Matt Kirk booked another Poker After Dark win on Tuesday, after he was one of the biggest winners from “The Return of Tom Dwan” week. Rast, who missed the opening session, returns to the PokerGO felt, where he has competed in some of televised poker’s biggest and toughest cash games.
Sam Soverel, who has been featured in a few ARIA High Roller Series broadcasts, will make his Poker After Dark debut tonight. Soverel won his WSOP bracelet in a Pot Limit Omaha event and is a regular in some of Las Vegas’ biggest tournaments and cash games. Ashby and MacFarland round out the lineup and will hope to get into the black after losing efforts on the opening night of “Racks of Lamb” week.
