(Las Vegas, NV – October 17, 2017) – PokerGO will begin live streaming select ARIA High Roller Series final tables beginning October 27 at ARIA Resort & Casino. This marks the first time that fans will be able to watch the high stakes tournament series, which features dozens of tournaments throughout the year and has been a staple of the Las Vegas poker scene since 2014.
Since beginning with six events in 2014, the ARIA High Roller Series grew to 38 events in 2016 and has already hosted 36 events in 2017. Typically held once a month over the course of a weekend, the three-day tournaments include $10k, $25k, $50k and $100k buy-in events with an average prize pool of $872,900. In May, Christian Christner took home the largest prize ever at the ARIA High Roller Series with more than $1.4 million in a $100k event.
“The ARIA High Roller Series is a hidden treasure in the high stakes world that we are proud to share with PokerGO subscribers,” said Joe Kakaty, president of Poker Central. “The never-before streamed tournament series is a strong addition to our live poker schedule as we continue to provide the best poker programming for our subscribers.”
The tournaments feature some of the top high stakes poker players in the world including Brian Rast, Isaac Haxton, Jason Koon, and Erik Seidel, all competing throughout the year for tens of millions of dollars in prize money.
“The ARIA High Roller Series brings together the best players, incredible prize pools, and a truly electric atmosphere to deliver the year-round high stakes poker that I love being a part of,” said Brian Rast, professional poker player. “Thanks to PokerGO, fans now have the chance to watch the best of the best battle it out at the ARIA tables on a regular basis.”
Sean McCormack, director of poker operations for ARIA, said, “We look forward to hosting one of the world’s top high stakes events at the resort later this month. Our partners at Poker Central are the leaders in the industry and this is a great opportunity to offer the PokerGO viewers a chance to watch their favorite players compete in our tournaments live and on-demand.”
