After entering the final table as the shortest stack, Adam Friedman navigated his way through the final table to win his third career PGT title in Event #2: $5,100 8-Game of the 2025 PGT Mixed Games.
Friedman collected $170,200 in prize money and 170 PGT points to now sit on top of the PGT Mixed Games leaderboard. Friedman now has career winnings of $4,967,000, according to The Hendon Mob, and on the PGT, he has amassed $1,308,634 in career PGT earnings from his 17 cashes and 10 final tables.
The record-shattering 148-entrant field returned for the final day with just seven players remaining and Fu "Grasshopper" Wong holding the chip lead. Wong relinquished that lead early to Tal Avivi, but was soon back in control after scooping Samuel Sternfield in an Omaha Hi-Lo hand with the nut flush.
After multiple all-ins and doubles, the first elimination at the final table occurred after the first break when Anthony Arvidson was all-in with a three-card low draw in Stud Hi-Lo and improved to two pair, but it wouldn't be enough to trump Sternfield's kings-up. Toby Lewis exited next when he ran into Sternfield's full house.
Overnight chip leader Wong exited next after a massive three-way pot was built in 2-7 Triple Draw. Wong made an eight-six on the final draw, but Friedman made number three and sent Wong to the rail in fifth for $44,400. Nick Schulman then doubled both Sternfield and Avivi up before Sternfield exited in fourth when his split kings were run down by Friedman split sevens in Stud.
Schulman was then all-in on fourth street in Stud with a gunshot against Friedman's buried tens. Friedman made a wheel by seventh, and Schulman bricked out and exited in third place. Friedman took a 17.2 million chip lead into heads-up play against Avivi's 4.9 million. On the first hand of heads-up play during Omaha Hi-Lo, Friedman turned trips and got two bets in before Avivi called all-in on the river with his two pair. Friedman improved to a flush and eliminated Avivi in second place, and secured the Event #2 title and third PGT title of his career.

Event #1 winner Nicolas Milgrom skipped Event #2, but is playing Event #3 and holds onto his spot in second place. Jerry Wong and Nick Schulman sit in fourth and fifth, respectively, and are likely to play the full series and make a run at challenging Friedman for the 2025 PGT Mixed Games title.
