The first night of “Games of our Lives” week on Poker After Dark featured some drama, some action, and a cast of some of poker’s biggest personalities. Former Days of our Lives star Farah Galfond headlined the session, along with Bill Perkins and Matt Berkey.
That star-studded line up has even more star power tonight though, as Jean-Robert Bellande is making his Poker After Dark return after being featured in “The Return of Tom Dwan” and “Voices Carry” sessions. Bellande also made plenty of appearances before Poker After Dark rebooted this summer, including some memorable classic episodes that are available in PokerGO’s THE VAULT.
Bellande will replace Jacky Wang for the second “Games of our Lives” cash game, but the rest of the $200/$400 lineup from Tuesday will return. In the opening session, high stakes veteran Bob Bright booked the biggest win, while headliner Farah Galfond took a tough beat early and finished in the red.
While Perkins and Berkey have been involved in some of biggest pots featured on Poker After Dark over the last few months, both were relatively quiet on Tuesday. Nothing is guaranteed, but with the addition of Bellande, those two aggressive players could open their games up in the final cash game of the week.
To see if that prediction comes true, you’ll have to watch “Games of our Lives” on Poker After Dark. The $200/$400 No Limit Hold’em cash game is now live on PokerGO and you can subscribe to watch all the action here. Also, make sure to follow Poker Central and PokerGO for Poker After Dark updates and content during each stream.
