Chino Rheem outperformed all others on his way to becoming the PGT Mixed Games II series champion. Rheem cashed five times during the series, making the final table each time and winning Event #2: $10,200 Big Bet Mix. It truly was Rheem's series, as he won a total of $433,600 and locked up the victory before all events were complete.
For becoming the PGT Mixed Games II series champion, Rheem earned a $25,000 championship bonus.

Once Rheem won Event #2: $10,200 Big Bet Mix for $171,000, he moved to the top of the series leaderboard and never looked back. Rheem kept putting up results to keep himself at the top of the leaderboard and even finished in third place in Event #8: $25,300 10-Game Championship to really stiff arm his competition.
That is now back-to-back PGT series where Rheem has had success. At the 2023 Poker Masters, Rheem also had one victory and five cashes, but in that series he ultimately fell short of winning the series leaderboard. Rheem still cashed for $602,250 at Poker Masters, so he's won more than $1,000,000 from the two most recent PGT series.
During the entire 2023 PGT season, Rheem now has two tournament wins, 13 cashes, and $1,144,793 in winnings. He's accumulated 983 leaderboard points and is currently 31st on the PGT leaderboard. Rheem plans to be in action for the upcoming PGT PLO Series II. If he continues the hot streak that he's on, Rheem should finish the season within the top 40 of the leaderboard and qualify for the season-ending PGT Championship $1,000,000 freeroll.
