The 2025 PGT PLO Series continued from the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the stakes have been raised with Event #7: $15,100 Pot-Limit Omaha. The tournament drew 70 entries and Alex Foxen leads the final five players.

Foxen steadily accumulated and won lots of smaller pots later in the evening to finish with the overnight chip lead. He leads a final table that includes Sean Rafael, Jesse Lonis, Josh Arieh, and Artem Maksimov. These five players will return already guaranteed $78,750, while all eyes will be on the $315,000 first-place prize, 252 PGT points, and the Event #7 trophy.

The field of 70 entrants created a prize pool of $1,050,000 and the final 10 players earned a piece of it. Richard Gryko was the unfortunate bubble boy when he got his chips in on the flop with a wrap and failed to improve. Ben Tollerene (10th), Nick Schulman (9th), and Bryce Yockey (8th) were among those to cash in the event.

The remaining field converged on a single table and Arthur Morris was the first to go. Foxen picked off Morris on the river with kings against queens and then Morris ran into Arieh's aces to fall in seventh place. Later, Nacho Barbero got his chips in on a flop with kings and a flush draw but ran into Lonis' set, and when the board bricked, Barbero was eliminated in sixth place and the five remaining players bagged to return for the streamed final table.

Foxen, Rafael, Lonis, and Maksimov each picked up their third cash of the series, while Arieh grabbed his second. Chino Rheem currently still sits at the top of the series leaderboard in the race for the PLO Series champion Gold Cup and a $10,000 PGT Passport, but Foxen would overtake him with a podium finish, Rafael would with a win or runner-up finish, and Maksimov would with a victory.
