The 2024 PT PLO Series presented by PLO Mastermind continued at the PokerGO Studio from ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada with Event #3: $5,100 Pot-Limit Omaha.
Daniel Negreanu bagged the slight chip lead, finishing the day around seven big blinds ahead of Los Angelino, Anuj Agarwal, as six players remain. Curtis Muller, Dylan Weisman, Bruno Furth, and Lance Patel round out the players who will return for the final day as play resumes at 12 p.m. PT on Saturday, March 23 with the delayed final table stream beginning at 1 p.m. PT on PokerGO.
The 118-entrant field created a prize pool of $590,000, with $147,500 of it going to the eventual winner, and each player guaranteed at least $29,500.
Bradley Ruben was the unfortunate bubble boy when his overcards couldn't improve against Lance Patel's pocket tens.
Among those to cash were Ian Matakis (17th), Alex Condon (16th), Dominique Mosley (15th), and Lautaro Guerra (12th).

Negreanu had a very swingy latter half of the day, but managed to win the biggest all-in of the night when he eliminated Sean Troha in seventh place to end Day 1. Troha had been all-in several times before that and had started to garner a reputation of being "un-eliminatable." Steven Forman would fall in eighth place when Agarwal's ace-high flush cracked Forman's pocket queens, creating the seven-player final table.
