The PGT Last Chance continued on Saturday from the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, with Event #3: $10,100 No-Limit Hold’em. The tournament drew 119 entries and Keith Lehr leads the final seven players.

Lehr held a larger stack for much of the latter half of the day and burst the bubble with a superior pocket pair to surge to the top of the counts. He continued to accumulate and ended the night as the chipleader with over one-quarter of the chips in play. He leads a final table that includes Sam Soverel, Dylan Linde, Landon Tice, David Chen, Brandon Wilson, and Darren Elias. These seven players will return on Monday at 12 p.m. already guaranteed $47,600. Up top for the winner is the $297,500 first-place prize, 298 PGT points, and the Event #3 trophy.

The field of 119 entrants created a prize pool of $1,190,000 and the final 17 players earned a piece of it. This ties the record set yesterday in Event #2 for the biggest PGT owned and operated $10,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold'em tournament in history.

Michael Berk was the unfortunate bubble boy when he ran his jacks into the kings of Lehr and failed to improve. Matthew McEwan (17th), John Riordan (16th), Michael Jozoff (15th), Martin Carnero (14th), Nick Schulman (13th), Chino Rheem (12th), Phillip Krnyaich (11th), Joe Serock (10th), and Sam Laskowitz (9th) were the first to fall in the money.

Dan Shak picked up his second cash of the series after he bubbled the final table of Event #1. He would bubble the final table again after losing a huge flip to Soverel and then another to Lehr, marking Shak's elimination in eighth place, while the seven remaining players bagged to return for the streamed final table.

PGT Last Chance is the concluding series of the 2024 PGT season and gives players their final opportunity to accumulate PGT points to qualify for the season-ending PGT $1,000,000 Championship, which is open to the top 40 eligible players on the PGT leaderboard.

Laskowitz notched his third cash in as many events this series and inched his way closer to the qualifying zone for the PGT $1,000,000 Championship. Soverel is currently in the qualifying zone and will improve his placement on the leaderboard with the points he'll earn from this event, while the other players at the final table are further out and will have their best chance at qualification through a Dream Seat.

Any player who chooses to play this series could also win a Dream Seat for direct entry into the PGT $1,000,000 Championship, as three will be awarded to the top three point earners of the PGT Last Chance series who do not finish among the eligible Top 40 on the PGT leaderboard.
