The Poker Central Podcast is back after a brief post-WSOP hiatus as Brent Hanks and Remko Rinkema are joined by EPT & WSOP champion Brandon Schaefer. After enjoying early poker success, Schaefer dedicated his life to becoming a medivac helicopter pilot and served in Afghanistan in that capacity. Sadly, Schaefer got medically retired after sustaining a back injury and he was left trying to find another new path in life. On the podcast, he talks about the ups and downs of his many career switches as well as the excitement of playing under the bright lights on Poker After Dark.
