Scott Seiver Wins 2024 WSOP Player of the Year
Rejoice, poker players and fans. The full 2023 WSOP schedule is here. In December, officials dropped the 2023 World Series of Poker schedule dates and information on key events. Now, the full 2023 WSOP schedule is released. Complete with 95 live gold bracelet events to take place at Horseshoe Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip, the schedule is full of tournaments for poker players of all varieties from beginning to end.
The 2023 WSOP begins on Tuesday, May 30, and runs through Tuesday, July 18. That’s 50 straight days of WSOP gold bracelet action, including the WSOP Main Event. The 2023 WSOP Main Event kicks off on Monday, July 3, with the first of four starting days. The WSOP Main Event final table will be played out across two days in 2023, first on Sunday, July 16, before a world champion is crowned on Monday, July 17.
Of course, no World Series of Poker schedule would be complete without some of the most popular poker tournaments in the world. Returning to the WSOP schedule for another year are the WSOP $1,500 Millionaire Maker, WSOP $1,500 Monster Stack, WSOP $1,000 Mini Main Event, WSOP $400 Colossus, and WSOP $1,500 The Closer. In 2022, the World Series of Poker debuted its mystery bounty tournament and it was a smashing success. For 2023, the WSOP $1,000 Mystery Millions has been moved to the very front of the schedule, kicking off on Wednesday, May 31, and featuring both a guaranteed top bounty prize of $1,000,000 and a first-place guarantee of $1,000,000.
The WSOP Mystery Millions isn’t the only mystery bounty event on the WSOP schedule for 2023. Kicking off on Wednesday, June 14, is the $10,000 buy-in WSOP Secret Bounty. In this three-day tournament, every player is a bounty with a top bounty of $1,000,000 guaranteed.
Also new in 2023 is the WSOP $300 Gladiators of Poker event. This $300 buy-in tournament offers an extremely accessible opportunity to win a WSOP gold bracelet and plenty of prize money as this event boasts a $3,000,000 guarantee. Then there is the new WSOP $1,500 Badugi tournament and WSOP $1,500 Big O tournament.

Poker Fans from around the world will be able to watch the 2023 World Series of Poker live on PokerGO during the summer of 2023. PokerGO will announce more details on its 2023 WSOP streaming plans soon. Stay tuned to PokerGO's How To Watch the WSOP page for more.
WSOP officials are expecting a record turnout for the 2023 WSOP Main Event, and they're going to be doing their part to set a new high. The WSOP is running a promotion called "Main Event Mania" that will award several hundreds of seats to the WSOP Main Event.
“With the momentum generated from the WSOP’s debut on the Las Vegas Strip last year, we expect a record-breaking WSOP and World Championship at Paris and Horseshoe Las Vegas in 2023," said Ty Stewart, SVP & Executive Director of the WSOP, in the press release for the full 2023 WSOP schedule. "If the Main Event is on your bucket list, this is the year to get to Vegas.”
GGPoker is the exclusive WSOP satellite partner and will be giving away 600 WSOP Main Event seats to the 2023 WSOP Main Event. Of that 600, 500 will be given away on WSOP.com and 100 will be given away on ClubGG. WSOP.com will be handing out 112 seats from June 25 to July 8, highlighted by the 25-Seat Scramble on Sunday, July 2.
Brand new for 2023, if the WSOP Main Event sets a new attendance record then all entrants will be thrown into a random drawing that will award one lucky player with a WSOP Main Event seat for life. That's right. If you play the WSOP Main Event in 2023 and it sets a new record for entries, then you could win a WSOP Main Event seat for every single year of your life.
WSOP.com is available to play real-money online poker in Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Nevada and New Jersey players play within the same merged player pool, and those players will have one set of an additional 20 gold bracelets to compete for this summer. Michigan and Pennsylvania currently operate as separate player pools, with each location offering seven gold bracelets to be won online this summer.
Combined with the 95 live gold bracelet events on offer in Las Vegas, there are a total of 129 gold bracelets up for grabs when you include the ones being offered online at WSOP.com. Take a look at the WSOP.com online gold bracelet schedules for each state below.
