PGT Mixed Games II continued on Wednesday at the PokerGO Studio from ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada with Event #6: $10,200 Dealer's Choice. The tournament drew 49 entries and play reached heads-up at the end of Day 1.
Craig Chait has the lead with 4,435,000 to Dylan Weisman's 2,915,000. Chait began the final table as the chip leader and maintained it throughout, knocking out two players en route to his bagging the heads-up chip lead. Weisman was the short stack with five players left, but started to chip up before eliminating the next three players to close the gap with Chait.
The field of 49 entrants created a prize pool of $490,000 and the final seven players earned a piece of it. Ryan Miller just missed out, busting on the money bubble. Andrew Kelsall was the first to depart from the final table, running into a cooler against Craig Chait in Big O. Kelsall got it in with aces and the nut low draw against Chait's bottom set and nut low draw. No help came for Kelsall and he was out in seventh place. Dan Shak fell next during A-5 Triple Draw, also falling at the hands of Chait. Weisman then eliminated John Monnette, David Funkhouser, and Walter Chambers in a 15-minute span to close the gap with Chait.
