The 2024 PGT PLO Series II presented by PLO Mastermind continued from the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada with Event #4: $10,100 Pot-Limit Omaha. The tournament drew 100 entries and James Chen leads the final seven players.
Chen was a short stack late in the evening before he doubled through and then eliminated Isaac Haxton. He continued his run by doubling again and further accumulating to hold the overnight chip lead. Chen leads the final table ahead of Event #3 winner Matthew Wantman, Sean Rafael, Nacho Barbero, and a trio of Finns with Samuli Sipila, Joni Jouhkimainen, and Eelis Parssinen rounding out the counts. These six players will return already guaranteed $40,000, while all eyes will be on the $255,000 first-place prize, 255 PGT points, and the Event #4 trophy.
The field of 100 entrants created a prize pool of $1,000,000 and the final 15 players earned a piece of it. Maksim Pisarenko was the unfortunate bubble boy when he got his short stack in with kings but fell to Sipila's turned straight. Dylan Linde (15th), Sam Soverel (14th), Jim Collopy (13th), Jeremy Ausmus (12th), Isaac Haxton (11th), Ben Lamb (10th), and Alex Livingston (9th) were among those to cash in the event.

Erik Seidel ran deep but suffered a hit to his stack when he ran into Chen's aces. Seidel would soon pick up aces of his own and got his chips in on the flop, but when Wantman rivered a flush, Seidel was eliminated in eighth place and the seven remaining players bagged to return for the streamed final table.
