Matthias Eibinger made his first appearance for the series, and the Austrian parlayed that into the chip lead as he bagged 1,135,000 in chips. On his heels off a sixth-place finish in Event #3 is Samuel Ju who finished Day 1 of Event #4 with 1,125,000 in chips. Sorel Mizzi is on track to collect his first cash of the series as he is the only other player in the seven-figure club with 1,040,000 in chips.
Event #3 runner-up Adrian Mateos is fourth overall with 980,000 while Masashi Oya bagged 965,000. Rounding out the final table is Jeremy Ausmus and Danilo Velasevic, who finished with 415,000 and 340,000 in chips, respectively.
Only the final five players will finish in the money, with fifth place guarantee $120,000. Awaiting the Event #4 winner is the $535,000 first-place prize, 321 PGT points, and the PGT gold cup.
