The month of October has been dedicated to the 2021 World Series of Poker with 14 qualifying events while ARIA Resort & Casino has hosted several ARIA High Roller tournaments including both a $100,000 and $200,000 buy-in.
The two biggest movers on the PokerGO Tour leaderboard include Ben Yu and Michael Addamo. Yu won his fourth WSOP bracelet in the $10,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold’em Championship to go along with three additional cashes to move into 22nd place overall on the PokerGO Tour leaderboard. The other big mover is Addamo who followed his two Poker Masters titles and SHRB VI victory by winning his third WSOP bracelet in the $50,000 High Roller, while also cashing the $200,000 ARIA High Roller and winning the $15,000 ARIA High Roller. Addamo has now moved into second place on the PokerGO Tour leaderboard to sit less than 900 points behind Ali Imsirovic.
Imsirovic has yet to lodge a cash since winning the $25,000 ARIA High Roller on September 29, but he still retains his top spot after such a hot start to 2021. Sean Perry retains his position in third overall after a fourth-place finish in the $10,000 ARIA High Roller, while Sean Winter sits unchanged in fourth place. David Peters chopped the $200,000 ARIA High Roller and solidified his position in fifth place while the remainder of the top ten did not collect a cash throughout October.
