While there have been different themes to Poker After Dark episodes through the first month of 2018, big personalities have been a common denominator. “Reality Check” week won’t be any different, as some of the game’s biggest personalities are set to return to the Poker After Dark felt for back-to-back nights of high stakes cash game action. The first of those two $100/$200 No Limit Hold’em sessions is streaming live on PokerGO.
“Reality Check” week is headlined by Maria Ho, Jean-Robert Bellande, and Nick Schulman. That Big Three have loads of experience in the high stakes arena, but also have experience on some of television’s most popular reality shows. Ho was a contestant on The Amazing Race, Bellande competed on Survivor, and Schulman was featured on MTV’s World of Jenks.
All three have made multiple Poker After Dark appearances since the show rebooted this summer and they’ve also been featured in a wide range of original content on PokerGO, including Pokerography, Stories from the Felt, Deep Issues, and more.
The rest of the “Reality Check” week lineup, save for Poker After Dark veteran Bob Bright, will be making their PokerGO debut tonight. WSOP Europe Main Event winner and 2016 BIG ONE for One Drop final tablist James Bord is making his first appearance, along with WSOP bracelet winner Sean Dempsey. Businessman Evan Sofer rounds out the seven-handed lineup.
A very similar group will return to run it back on Friday night, but first, we need to find out who will book the biggest win during the “Reality Check” opener. Watch live on PokerGO and be sure to follow PokerGO on Twitter for “Reality Check” content throughout the broadcast.
