Watch the StormX Invitational II Live On Thursday

This week, watch free live poker from Las Vegas with the StormX Invitational II poker tournament.

The second edition of the StormX Invitational poker tournament takes place on Thursday, October 27, 2022, live from the PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas. Crypto executives, investors, poker pros, and celebrities will battle for the top prize in the exciting $5,000 buy-in event, and poker fans from around the world will be able to watch the action for free on PokerGO and YouTube.

The StormX Invitational II is a special invite-only $5,000 buy-in poker tournament featuring 81 players and a prize pool to be at least $400,000. Planned participants include recent Super High Roller Bowl VII winner Daniel Negreanu, and he is scheduled to be joined by fellow poker players Doug Polk, Maria Ho, Tom Dwan, David Williams, Joseph Cheong, Andy Stacks, Kitty Kuo, and Xuan Liu. Also planned to be in the field are Arden Cho, Bruce Buffer, Maria Konnikova, Mychal Kendricks, Wesley Fei, and StormX co-founder and CEO Simon Yu.

Players in the StormX Invitational II begin with 100,000 in starting chips and re-entries are available for $5,000 through the first six levels of the tournament.

Earlier this year, the first-ever StormX Invitational was held at the PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas, as part of the growing partnership between StormX and PokerGO. Oliver Blakey, managing partner at Ascensive Assets, defeated the 111-entry field to win $183,150 in first-place prize money. David Williams and Maria Ho reached the final table, placing sixth and ninth, respectively.
