The fourth installment of PGT Mixed Games will be the third series of the 2025 PGT season. The PGT Mixed Games will run from February 25 to March 5, 2025, and will be held inside the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The seven-event schedule includes five different game variants with buy-ins ranging from $5,100 to the $25,300 finale. The games played include H.O.R.S.E., 8-Game, Mori's Mix, Dealer's Choice, and 10-Game. Mori's Mix is a new event for the series and is a six-game one-winner mix of Hold'em, Omaha, Razz, Stud, Badugi, and 2-7 Triple Draw. The first six events play down to the final five players who will return the following day to conclude play on PokerGO.com. Each event will allow players a maximum of two reentries, and players in the registration line before the scheduled start time will receive a discount on rake on their first entry.

The PGT shot clock will be active during PGT Mixed Games, with players having 20 seconds to act on their hand preflop, and 30 seconds postflop. Time extensions are worth 30 seconds each, regardless of which street they are used, and players begin with eight for entry before the first break and then six thereafter. Additional time extensions are distributed to players in the money if the field reaches 50 entrants. The final seven players will also receive six additional time extensions.

Event #1 and #2 will be a $5,100 buy-in, and levels in this event will be 30 minutes in duration, with registration closing at the start of Level 9, approximately 5 p.m. PT. Events #3 to #6 will see levels increased to 40 minutes in duration, with registration closing at the start of Level 9, approximately 6 p.m. PT. The Event #7 finale will see levels increased to 45 minutes in duration while registration is open until approximately 7 p.m. PT, and then increase to 60 minutes. Day 1 concludes after 12 levels and resumes at 12 p.m. the following day.

PGT Mixed Games is part of the 2025 PGT season, with players earning PGT points based on the amount they cash for in each event. The PGT points awarded during PGT Mixed Games will also decide who is crowned the PGT Mixed Games champion and receive the $10,000 PGT Passport bonus and the PGT Gold Cup. PGT points accumulated throughout the PGT season will decide players' final position on the PGT leaderboard. The season-ending top 40 eligible players and select Dream Seat winners will qualify for the 2025 PGT $1,000,000 Championship, where the first-place prize will be $500,000.

New for this series is $10,000 in added money that will be paid out to chip leaders at the first break in all tournaments. Events #1-4 chip leaders at first break will receive $1,000, Event #5 chip leader at first break will receive $1,500, Event #6 chip leader at first break will receive $2,000, and the Event #7 chip leader at first break will receive $2,500.

Satellite into the PGT Mixed Games and SHRB: $100k Mixed Games

On Monday, February 24, there will be a $750 8-Game satellite into either Event #1: $5,100 H.O.R.S.E. or Event #2: $5,100 8-Game. This satellite will be held in the ARIA Poker Room and begin at 1 p.m. PT, and players who register on time will receive a $50 discount on entry. Players start with 125,000 in chips, and levels are 30 minutes in duration.

On Wednesday, March 5, there will be a $13,000 10-Game satellite into the inaugural Super High Roller Bowl: $100k Mixed Games. This satellite will be held in the PokerGO Studio and begin at 4 p.m. PT, and players who register on time will receive a $300 discount on entry. Players start with 125,000 in chips, and levels are 30 minutes in duration.

Who Will Be Crowned the 2025 PGT Mixed Games Champion?

Previous PGT Mixed Games champions include Dan Zack (2023), Chino Rheem (2023), and Max Hoffman (2024).

The previous champions are all among the favorites to make a run at topping the 2025 PGT Mixed Games leaderboard. Others that are favorites to win include some of the best mixed game players in the world. Daniel Negreanu, Eli Elezra, John Monnette, Brian Rast, Philip Sternheimer, Mike Gorodinsky, and Andrew Kelsall are all expected to participate in the series and be among the betting favorites to top the leaderboard and win the $10,000 PGT Passport and PGT Gold Cup.

One player making his PGT Mixed Games debut is Patrick Leonard. Leonard has started the 2025 PGT season in hot form with six cashes, five final tables, and a victory at PGT Kickoff. He sits fourth on the PGT leaderboard with 586 PGT points, and will a strong showing at PGT Mixed Games, he could be in contention for the top spot.

How to Watch the 2025 PGT Mixed Games?

Every 2025 PGT Mixed Games event is a two-day event, with Day 1 playing down to the final table except the $25k 10-Game Championship. Day 2 will see the final five players return to the PokerGO Studio to conclude the event and crown a champion. The $25k 10-Game Championship will play a set number of levels and return to play down to the final table which will be livestreamed, and then the champion.

Each PGT Mixed Games final table will be streamed on OTT service PokerGO from 4 p.m. ET from February 26 to March 5, 2025. Day 1 coverage of each event will be handled exclusively by the PGT Live Reporting Team on PGT.com.
