When Poker After Dark rebooted this summer, a lineup full of poker legends welcomed the legendary program to PokerGO. After a few months and nearly two dozen brand-new episodes of Poker After Dark, the final episode of the year brings together another legendary lineup to close out 2017.
Phil Hellmuth will again headline the third and final “Holidays with Hellmuth” lineup, along with some of the most recognizable names and faces in poker. Daniel Negreanu and Doyle Brunson return to Poker After Dark, while Maria Ho returns fresh off her $10,000 sit and go victory from earlier this week.
Both Negreanu and Brunson are no strangers to Poker After Dark. Each made multiple appearances during the shows initial run and played in the opening “The Return of Tom Dwan” cash games in August.
Today, they’ll all battle in the “Holidays with Hellmuth” $25,000 sit and go finale. The six-handed sit and go, which includes Publicis Media CEO Dave Penski and businessman Joe Marchese, will pay two spots. Tonight’s winner will walk away with $100,000 and the runner-up with earn $50,000.
Unlike the opening $10,000 sit and go, tonight’s event will not allow for any rebuys, which could create some tactical play through the opening few levels.
